Rolf Rothuizen- Founder & Partner
Rolf started his career in tax/financial law and is the founding partner of RPS Legal.
Rolf Peter is a genuine specialist in business law, company law and fiscal optimisation.
Rolf Peter studied corporate law at Leiden University in addition to studying law at the University of California in America.
He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Dutch Lawyer Association (Nederlandse Juristen Vereniging).
Majed Dib-Senior Lawyer
Majed acquired his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in The Hague and is currently an LL.M. candidate at Utrecht University.
Having first been a legal researcher and then a junior lawyer for a number of years, he gained valuable academic and practical legal experience in the field. He joined RPS to provide support as a lawyer, analyst, and researcher.

Florence Kelly-Senior Lawyer
Of council: Florence qualified as a lawyer in Ireland, England & Wales in 2019. She is now based in Zug, Switzerland and has a strong background in corporate law and litigation. She has advised on complex transactions, managed due diligence processes, and supported on global corporate restructurings. Florence’s expertise includes negotiating on a wide range of matters, from commercial contracts to merger agreements, and providing practical legal solutions to her clients.
